Building Stickability of New Initiatives

Each year business leaders undertake numerous improvement initiatives. While there is initial support for these initiatives, subsequent results are often unimpressive. In our client work we have made the sustained impact of new initiatives, their “stickiness,” as important as the usual attention to change management.

We help organizations build stickability into their new initiatives through a cycle of activities before, during and after the launch of the new program. This cycle of activities increases commitment to the initiative by building the engagement of those who will be working with the new approach.

As the sense of engagement in the implementation of an initiative goes up, so too does the commitment to the success of the initiative.
