Included with the tools is a Meeting Planner, the “open me first” instructions for this new way of meeting. The Planner helps you design a more naturally effective agenda and choose the tools that will help you conduct the meeting.
· Workshop: The High Engagement Meetings Workshop enables a group of managers to work together to adopt these new meeting practices as applied to the meetings they hold to run their organization. In the workshop, managers redesign actual meetings for different results. Follow-up consultation on the results achieved in implementing High Engagement Meetings is provided as part of the workshop.
