Brownfield & Lent
Creating conditions for excellence.

About Us

Brownfield & Lent was founded in 1991 to help improve performance of groups and organizations by leveraging the capabilities of their people. We partner with our clients to create situations that enable leaders and staff at all levels to talk and work more effectively with each other through sharing their skills and aspirations. We help create new conversations, different ways of meeting and more effective learning and action across a group or organization to support the achievement of desired results.

Using a variety of approaches involving large-scale change, action learning and computer-based simulations, she has created experiences that enabled leaders and staff to develop the knowledge and skills required to accomplish business strategies and overcome challenges.

She has successfully applied these approaches to pharmaceutical, technology, and non-profit organizations improving alignment on business direction and creating measurable results.
